This is a complete skid-mounted processing package engineered for cooking, heating, mixing, recirculating, and transferring high-viscosity food products. The system features a heavy-duty scrape surface agitation system designed to continuously sweep the kettle wall for maximum heat transfer while preventing product burn-on.
