This is a complete skid-mounted processing package engineered for cooking, heating, mixing, recirculating, and transferring high-viscosity food products. Unlike purchasing individual components, this system includes the vessel, agitation, sanitary pumping system, heat exchanger, controls, instrumentation, piping, valves, and stainless support frame as one integrated package. The system features a heavy-duty scrape surface agitation system designed to continuously sweep the kettle wall for maximum heat transfer while preventing product burn-on.
